    You will be asked to pay for your accommodation upon arrival, before taking occupancy.

    Subject to availability it may be possible to arrange a late check-out and leave your accommodation by 4:00 p.m. An additional fee is payable for this service.

    • All bungalows are accessible by car/motorbike.
    • Parking is adjacent to your accommodation.
    • Free parking for one vehicle per bungalow.
    • Supplement payable for parking a second vehicle.

    Village entry times for motor vehicles:

    • From 6:30 AM to 1 AM.
    • Dedicated outdoor parking areas, outside permitted hours.
    • 24H unlimited entry on foot.

    All accommodation units include:

    • Sheets and towels
    • Private bathroom with shower
    • Courtesy set
    • Minifridge with mineral water (for the first night only)
    • Air conditioning/heating
    • Kitchen equipped with plates and crockery (for bungalows with a kitchenette only)
    All bungalows are given a general clean with fresh sheets and towels after three nights. Final cleaning is always included in the price. Daily cleaning is available on request for an additional fee.
    The Flaminio Village Bungalow park has been Pet Friends for many years. Only 1 pet will be allowed per bungalow. An extra supplement of € 10.00 per night will be required. Pets are not allowed in all Deluxe and Suite types.

    Flaminio Village Bungalow Park has implemented all the Covid-19 prevention, protection and control measures required by law.

    All our spaces, both in the accommodation and the communal areas (eating areas, swimming pool and reception), are guaranteed to have been sanitised.
    Comply with social distancing regulations. Allow your temperature to be measured with a thermal scan thermometer. Wear a mask where the signs instruct you to do so. Disinfect your hands with the disinfectant gel provided. Wash your hands frequently.

    Access to Flaminio Village is allowed without a Green Pass

    Bar and restaurant of the structure for residents only: access is allowed to holders of the “ RAFFORZATO Green pass”, to subjects under the age of 12 and to subjects exempt from vaccination campaigns
